The inclusion of environmental issues in political party platforms andi other social organizations by-laws and documents. A concern on the part of different social actors with generating madels of sustainable communities. National and international calls to support educational environment projects. An increased demand for trainig in diferentfields of environmentalism by state and municipal govrnment officials.
8. - MENTION THE WEAKNESS OD THE ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCACTION IN MEXICO?
EES is not a prioty for leducational policy and therefore national and local agreements on this issueare insufficient. There is a lack of a complete up-todate inventory of environmental education in Mexico. Issues such as the fight against poverty and social and economic develonmental have been incorporated in only a limited way in environmental educations projects. The bussines comunity and the media only participate in a limited way in the promotion of and environmental culture. A weak presence of environmental educators in the political sphere and legislatures, and limited iitiatives to strengthen environmental educational laws and norms on a federal, state and municipal. Limited EES theoretical, methodological and oedagogical education of teachers at the differen level of forma levels of formal education and in informal education.

11. - WHAT’S THE HARPP PROYECT?
HAARP is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes.
The HAARP program is committed to developing a world class Ionospheric research facility consisting of: The Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high power transmitter facility operating in the High Frequency (HF) range. The IRI will be used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere for scientific study. A sophisticated suite of instruments that will be used to observe the physical processes that occur in the excited region

The HAARP IRI is an Ionpheric one of many around the world. It is comparable in function and power to most of them. The objectives of the HAARP project became the subject of controversy in the mid-1990s, following claims that the antennas could be used as a weapon. A small group of American physicists aired complaints in scientific journals such as Physics and Society, charging that the HAARP could be seeking ways to destroy or disable enemy spacecraft[ or disrupt communications over large portions of the planet. The physicist critics of the HAARP have had little complaint about the project's current stage, but have expressed fears that it could in future be expanded into an experimental weapon.

miércoles 29 de agosto de 2007Aprendizaje Basado en ProyectosEn el siguiento texto se muestran los siguientes apartados: definición de aprendizaje basado en proyectos, rol del docente,rol del alumnos, como se evalua, como se monitorea y como se construye.El APB ( aprendoizaje basado en proyectos) es una estrategia para una mejor educacio, principalmente se trabaja en grupos, siendo la mayoria trabajos practicos y no teoricos, y ademas se tratan temas de interes de los educandos basandose en el curriculo.El rol del alumno: es el protaginista, tiene la oportunidad de elegir temas de interes, es parcipativoEl rol del docente: tiene el papel de facilitador y orientador, debe propiciar el interés por la actividad y mantener la motivaciónLa evaluación es un proceso permanente en donde se debe permitir la autoevaluación coevaluación y la heteroevaluación.El monotoreo de esta estrateja cuando es en grupos se debe como docente observar y apoyar a los alumnos, pero antes se deben planificar los objetivos de estudio y la meta.Este se construye de manera individual o grupal siendo esta ultima la mas comun, para facilitar el aprendizaje en los educandos.

Cuestiones de la Educación
En el siguiente texto se daran respuesta a las cuestiones presentes:
¿Qué es aprendizaje basado en proyectos?
¿Cuál es la diferencia entre educacion tradicional y educacion constructivista?
¿Cuál es el rol del maestro en la E.T y cual en la E.C?
¿Cuál es el rol del alumno en la E.T y en la E.C?
¿Por qué la motivacion es importante?
¿Por qué es importante socializar el aprendizaje?
1.- El APB es una estrategia o via por la cual se facilita el aprendizaje para los estudiantes, teniendo como prioridad temas interesantes para los alumnos, trabajando generalmente en grupos y tomando mas experiencias practicas que teoria.
2.- En la educación tradicional el maestro es el protagonista y en el constructivismo es el alumno pero tanto el maestro aprende del alumno como el alumno aprende del maestro es decir existe una interaccion.
3.- El rol del maestro en la E.T. es de llegar al salón y explicar todo sin dar la oportunidad al alumno que interrogue o participe. el la E.C el maestro es un facilitador u orientador que propicia la motivación y el interés por aprender.
4.-El rol del alumno en la E.T. es solamente de receptos es decir recibe la informacion y los conocimientos por el maestro sin oportunidad a interaccionar con el y con sus compañeros. En cuanto al rol que tiene en la E.C. es lo contrario se le brinda la oportunidad de dar sus puntos de vista, participar, dar a conocer lo que piensa, sus dudas e intereses.
5.- La motivación es importante por que a traves de ella se facilitara el aprendizaje a todos nuestros alumnos, y trabajaran de una mejor manera, con alegria y ganas de aprender.
6.- Es de suma importancia socializar el apredndizaje para permitir que los niños no solo aprendan de su maestro sino tambien de sus compañeros, aclarando sus inquietudes y dudad, ademas para conocer mas las caracteristicas de ellos y ver los estilos y ritmos de aprendizaje que tiene cada uno de ellos.
